About Me? More like, About “We,” because me and my brain are delighted to me you.
I’m the creator of an ADHD-able™ Life and you can download my ADHD-able™ Manifesto. It’s just a little something to keep reminding me how my brain actually works so I can build a life that actually works for it. (Spoiler: it’s not about trying harder. It’s about trying different.)
I was diagnosed with combined-type ADHD at 41, smack in the middle of perimenopause, burnout, parenting, and a complete life overhaul I didn’t order - but probably needed. I left Corporate Life, studied to become a Brain Coach, and started using what turned out to be my best ADHD symptom: HYPERFOCUS. With creativity, my ideas became reality.
Somewhere between 17 unused notebooks and piles of Post-it notes, I realized: I didn’t need more willpower. I needed to build my own system.
Turns out, ADHDers don’t have habits. We have to create routines.
Now, I help other brilliant late-diagnosed humans do the same.
I teach people how to lead their brains so they stop white-knuckling through the day and start living a life that feels ADHD-able™. Around here, we embrace cognitive curveballs, build dopamine-friendly systems, and tell the truth about what it’s really like to be a human with an overclocked mind in an under-accommodating world.
The world is a square, and your brain is a circle. (my first framework!)
But, it’s not about putting a round peg into a square hole. It’s about understanding.
If that sounds interesting to you, then you’re my kind of people.
Here’s a peak at what I’ve been doing for others, and what I could do for you.
My idea-loving brain wants variety, so I offer variety!
